Our hosting Inavas Medical’s CPR/AED cert was awesome!

The 4 hrs went by so quickly. It was very professional and we were fully supplied with tables, dummies and literature. Video instruction was comprehensive.
What great knowledge to have! Using CPR on someone increases their chance of survival to 90%!

I definitely recommend them for any CPR or First Aid education. They’ll come to you!

While partner performs a round, the other partner holds a KB. 53/35

If a partner sets down the KB while the other is working 10 burpee penalty for both!

Clean and press 5L/5R
Goblet squat 10
Split (drop) squat 5R/5L
SDHP 10
One arm row 5R/5L
Swings (2 handed) 10

 

Shoulder press

Eight rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
15 Jumping alternating lunges
20 Double-unders (tuck jumps)
25 yard Shuttle sprint (5 x 5 yards)
Rest 90 seconds
