Getting Started

CrossFit Lithium is a personal training studio. Every time you come in the gym you will be coached. Unlike most gyms we require that you work with a coach. Quality coaching helps you get better results and prevents injury.

You can start right in on our OnRamp Program or try a First Workout.

First workout
Call us for a consultation to see if you’re right for CrossFit and CrossFit is right for you.
It is hard. It is intense. It requires commitment.
Your first workout is no charge. We will explain the CrossFit fitness concepts; teach you some skills, and then put you through a benchmark WOD (workout of the day) scaled to your fitness level.

The foundation of our CrossFit community is scheduled group training. “WOD” classes.
We have classes 6 days a week.

Schedule

In addition, personal training for individuals, couples or special groups can be arranged.

In order to start  WOD classes you must complete one of the following options:

  1. OnRamp -
    Set up four initial 45 minute semi-private sessions. These sessions are used to familiarize you with the equipment, movements, and stimulus we use in CrossFit training.
  2. Skills Test -
    If you are an experienced fitness fanatic, call a trainer and set up an assessment. If you pass you can start classes. But be prepared – if you do not have experience in  CrossFit training you will not likely pass. This is for your safety. We need all clients to know how to do the movements properly for each different workout.
