Refund, Late Payment and Medical Hold Policy
Refunds
We are looking for a commitment from you to your fitness.
The results you want come with time. Be sure of the commitment before you make it!
We offer a free workout that accurately informs you of what to expect.
You can cancel your monthly membership debit with 30 days notice.
There are no refunds.
Late Payment
We auto debit credit and debit cards. If your card is declined there is a $25 service charge. Please plan ahead.
Medical Holds
We will put a medical hold on your membership with the following conditions:
- The hold starts the day we have physical possession of a doctor’s note.
- The note has an end date on it.
- The hold comes off on the end date. We will not remind you. If you can’t recall the date, ask us.
- The hold can be initiated again with the above conditions. No back dating to the end of the previous hold.
- If you terminate your membership while on medical hold there is a cancellation fee of one month’s membership fee.
