Coming to Crossfit Lithium was a pleasure for us.   For your owners, coaching staff, and members who attended, it really seemed as if it wasn&#039;t just about going to the class and passing a test to get the CPR/AED Certification card.  It was really about learning how to react in an emergency situation and save a life.  

Everything went very smoothly, and I truly know your members, clients, family, and friends will all benefit, so congratulations to you all.
