15 Burpees
25 Squats
35 Situps
400M run
Cash out: 50 Tire Jumps
Complete five 3 minute cycles of:
Start a running clock. The entire workout is 30 minutes long. One partner completes the cycle while the other partner rests. The partner resting will count the reps and also make sure that each squat is below parallel and the hip completely opens up at the end of the squat. Any rep not meeting the criteria explained by the trainer will not count. Score is total squats completed for all five rounds. Shoot for 50 air squats a round. It can be done with only one minute rest between rounds, so three minutes of rest gives you lots of time to recover and run that 400m FAST!!!
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
15 Push-ups
DeadLift
1-1-1-1
Sumo DeadLift
1-1-1-1
then 500m Row for time!
Lather, rinse, repeat.
