The Spring Clean Up Paleo Challenge

 

April 30th through June 25th we’re challenging you to get into the “best shape of your life.”

We’re going to require allot from you in order to participate in this challenge, but you are going to have the ability to give it your all and achieve awesome health benefits and performance benefits!

There will be 2 levels of participation you can choose from.
Level 1: for those just starting out on paleo
Level 2: for those who are following the modified paleo diet and are ready to kick it up a notch.

So, whether your goal is learning good nutrition, weight loss, getting lean, gaining lean muscle, or increased performance in your WOD’s, this is for you!

We will be awarding both men’s and women’s prizes for body composition change and increased performance.

The cost of this challenge is $50 to participate.

Here are the details:
In order to compete for the prizes, you must complete the following:
pre/post pictures
pre/post body measurements
pre/post body composition stats
pre/post benchmark workout

You must also log all oral intake, workouts, sleep, and supplements!

We will be hosting two paleo workshops before the Challenge begins.  If you’re interested in participating, your attendance is required at one of these workshops:
Friday, April 27th, 7:45pm
Saturday, April 28th at 12:30pm.
At that time you will receive all the information you need to get started in the paleo lifestyle, and all the information and details you need to get started in the Challenge.   We’ll be sharing a system with you that will not only help you keep track of how you are doing, but will also lead to additional prizes!

Please sign up online by Wednesday, April 25th for the workshop that you are able to attend so that we have an accurate head count as to how many are participating.

75 Pullups or 125 Jumping Pullups
100 KTE or 150 Situps
75 Burpees or 100 Pushups

One buddy works at a time while the other runs 200M or rows 250M.
