Swings 10 -> 1 Ladder

Tire Jump 1 -> 10
One team member does even one odd.

When you transition from Swings to Tire Jumps do at least one of all these:
Slide Under
Swing Over
Jump on
Jump up
When you transition from Tire Jumps to Swings do this:
Bear Crawl.

When ladder is completed:
400M with an Oly bar run.
