Greetings Paleo Peeps,
Our Paleo Challenge is winding down to a close and, WOW, there are a lot of awesome results!  Some of the changes in body composition are amazing!  You’ve all done great, and my hope is, as always, that you are stronger, faster, and more healthy than when you started.  And if you have no desire to go back to your former way of eating, you know that you have made a lifestyle change that will continually provide benefits as time goes on.
So, here’s how the end of the challenge will work:
Final body composition, measurements, and pictures will be done Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.  You can sign up for your personal appointment time in the lounge on the sign up sheets.  Please take an appointment that is at the same time of day as your first body composition appointment was, a.m. or p.m., as we want to take results at the same time of day each time for accuracy.  Remember no eating or drinking for 3 hours before.
Those of you still handing in food logs, please give me your total points for the whole challenge on your final food log.
We will also do “Cindy” again next week so that you can guage improvements in your strength and WOD time.
The Paleo Potluck will be on Saturday, March 17th, at 3pm.  BYOB and a paleo dish of your choice.  We’ll have a party, give out the prizes, and the winners will be announced then.   It will be a good time as usual!

Many thanks to member Rob Mellett, who put up our ropes for us! We have the rings up also, but the extensions have not come in yet to get them lower.

That’s OK – a lot of skill work to do for rope climbing to keep us busy!
