Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold

Scale as needed. Post rounds and scale.

  2. That is the best picture EVER! Lol Tim and I were started on our 7th round handstands .. Sore as a mofo!

  3. Completed 6 rounds. Did wall walks up to a handstand. Ughhh!
