95 pound Front squat, 21 reps
Handstand walk 40 feet
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
Handstand walk 40 feet

  1. 13:30 with 10 Glute-ham situps and 20 abmat situps and substituted an awesome bear crawl for the handstand walk

  2. 13:15 with 10 GH, 20 sit ups first rd, then 20 GH, 10 sit ups 2nd rd, then 30 GH final rd..and an awkward handstand walk

  4. 6:50, Bear crawl, ab mat sit ups, 65lbs

  5. 9:09 bear crawl, 57lb front squats, and ab mat situps

  6. 15:59 Handstand walk..ghds and 55lb FS ;)

  7. um dont remember my time because i was to busy trying to walk on my hands:) i think somewhere around 14 with 3 handstand walks and the rest bear crawl, 10 GH and 20 ab mats.
