Tabata Poundage

Tabata Weighted pull-up, 30 pound dumbbell
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Weighted squat, 45 pound plate
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Weighted ring dip, 30 pound dumbbell
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Deadlift, 165 pound barbell
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.

    15lb db on pullup
    25lb squat
    15db on ring dips
    95lb deads
    (hey, I was sick for a week…)

  3. so even though while im doing a tabata im thinking about killing whoever invented it lol i think its my fave workout bc im always sore after so i feel like its most effective =)

  4. My total was 21 rx’d only exception I used a vest instead of a dumbbell
    Pull ups- 6
    Squats 7
    Dips 4
    Deadlifts 4
    Couldn’t move afterward, Deadlifts were not fun

    felt it all day today
