21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:

Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds
Push jerk, 75 pounds

  6. I did it Sunday with El Marco and completed it in 12:26 with 55 lbs and jerks..
    I then REDID it after the class with 45 lbs and push press and did it in 8:45 =)
    HOLLER!!
