I stuck with a max of 215. Still easing back in!
i got to 87lb….. next time deff going higher i prob cuold have added more happy with my improvement though i think last time i could only get to 72lb!
good going jeanne! and mark wish i could get up at 215 after over a month layoff.
245 max def worked for it. one more lb and i woulda died
