Tie a five-pound plate to hang an honest 18″ above your tiptoe reach and complete 5 rounds for time of:
50 Jump and touch
40 Squats
30 Sit-ups
20-Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

Several people met or came close to meeting Pukie on this one!
Post time,scaled rounds, and scaled  jump height to comments.

    First ever throw up (takes a bow). lol this was rough but it was a good one

  5. By far I hated the jump and touch! Lol. That naseous feeling was not nice at all but it still was a good intense workout!

    with a pounding head for about 20 minutes after from the jump and touches.
    Griffy and I experimented for Annie ass cures, but no positive results :(
    Just comes with the territory I guess – lol
