Med Ball carry 400M
20 WallBall Burpees

Cash out – 20 Long situps w/ Med Ball

(Med Ball – 20lb M/ 14lb W)

3  rounds for time:

50 Pushups
50 Situps
50 Squats

With a partner:
AMRAP in 20 Minutes

Run 400M while partner is rowing.
30 HSPU
30 Burpees

*switch the partner that runs each round.
*split up the HSPU and Burpees any way you want. Just complete before next   exercise and do them one person at a time.

1 min on each -no rest until after Row – then 1 min rest.

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

*Once through these exercises is ONE rep. 7 reps in a round.
*No resting on the ground between reps – not even to re-grip!
* Front squat must be separate from the power clean!
*Rest as needed between rounds.
*Add up to 5lbs of weight each round.

OK, some guys got carried away and added a lot more weight between rounds but they still handled it!
