60 Squats
50 Box Jumps
Med ball weighted lunges. Length of the box x2
50 Box Jumps
60 Squats

  1. All that I can say is…OUCH! I absolutely loved this WOD! It hurt…hurt so good! Finished in 12:20. Look forward to trying this again in the future to see if I can beat my time!
