		<description>This was a great warm up to the training that I am going to begin for the 10k!  I did 3 rounds of running but had to switch to rowing because of these annoying shin splints that I did not have taped up!  In total...5 rounds - 3 running/2 rowing! Fun Fun Fun!</description>
