As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:

Run 400M
Rest up to the time it took to run the last 400.

    This was a great warm up to the training that I am going to begin for the 10k! I did 3 rounds of running but had to switch to rowing because of these annoying shin splints that I did not have taped up! In total…5 rounds – 3 running/2 rowing! Fun Fun Fun!
