Jog to the next station, 25 mountain climbers,
Jog around the bend to the Clean & Press station, 10 r/l.
Fast pace walk till you get to the straight away, max effort SPRINT!
Recover until you have reached the swing station again. =)
The map starts on the right @ the swings and goes to the left.. that’s why it was hard to read!
