BEAR!

5 Rounds, 7 sets of the following sequence:

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

Rest between rounds as needed.

Notes:  The Power clean must be seperate from the front squat.  No resting on the ground during rounds, not even to re-grip.  You want to be at max load by round 4 or 5.

Post max round weight.

  1. 100 lbs. And allot of sweat. Felt good, maybe should have pushed it a little more. Figure 5x7x5= 175 reps…cool!

  2. Ended with 75 lbs. Definitely a favorite!

  3. ENDED WITH 80 LBS.. AWESOME WORKOUT. DIDNT THINK I WAS GONNA SWEAT AS MUCH AS I DID..
