With a continuously running clock, squat for 60 seconds. Subtract the number of squats completed from 60, and do that many pull-ups in minute two. In minute three, squat again, subtracting the number completed from 60. Do that number of push-ups in minute four. Minute five is squatting again, and minute six pull-ups.

The pattern is squats, pull-ups, squats, push-ups, squats, pull-ups, etc. The goal is to stay within the workout’s formula for as long as possible.

Don’t do more than 60 squats in any round.

In any case, stay moving for at least 12 minutes.

The Two Minute Torture
complements of The Training Room!

5 rounds

Every 2 minutes:

5 Burpees
10  dumbell snatches (5r/5l)
15 Mountain climbers
20 Kettlebell swings.

Every two minutes start a new round. The faster you get it done, the more rest you get until the next round starts!
If you are not done when the two minutes is up, you have to rest and lose that round.

Post rounds to comments. Torture Yo!

Chasing the CrossFit Dragon

Death by Pullups

Named well!
On a constantly running clock do 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 the second and so forth until you cannot complete the required reps in that minute.
AM and PM classes had slightly different rules…mainly broken sets being allowed.

Regardless, post sets to comments!
