Welcome Kathy, Diane, Kourtney and Chris into the WOD classes! And Kelly into OnRamp!

And evolving!

We have made exciting changes to our OnRamp program.
We found that, due to the small size of the OnRamp classes, clients were learning skills at a fast rate. So we are keeping the same curriculum but it is now being offered in a compressed schedule. OnRamp is now streamlined to get new clients into the WOD classes faster, and is offered at a reduced price!
Scheduling has also changed to begin every other Monday effective 1/25/2010.
So it’s twice a week for two weeks!

Mon and Wed, or Tue and Thur. Mornings are at 10:15AM.
Evenings are Mon and Wed at 5:30PM. Tue and Thur at 7:30PM.

Next round of classes start Feb 8th. There are open slots in the free workout this Sat or next! Try it out in time to get into OnRamp without a wait!

10 Pull-ups
10 Box Jumps
