The Bear Complex

This is one rep:
1. Power Clean
2. Front Squat
3. Push-Press
4. Back Squat
5. Push-Press

Do that seven times for one round.

Do 5 rounds total working up to your max.

You can rest in between rounds.

  2. The Bear Complex was the first CrossFit workout I ever did when I first started, (in the Globo gym) so it holds a special place in my heart!
    Started 50lbs. ended with 65lbs.

  3. 52 lbs for 4 rounds then 62 lbs last round
