Do that seven times for one round.
Do 5 rounds total working up to your max.

Love this wod! Fun!! Started 65 lbs ended with 80lbs
The Bear Complex was the first CrossFit workout I ever did when I first started, (in the Globo gym) so it holds a special place in my heart!
Started 50lbs. ended with 65lbs.
52 lbs for 4 rounds then 62 lbs last round
