Grand Opening a Big Success!

Thanks so much to our great clients that came out and did an awesome job of showing all our guests what a CrossFit WOD is all about! We started out with a short “What is CrossFit” lecture on the whiteboard. We then followed with a little FGB with our clients. Good work guys!

We had a pullup contest that Bobby won by just one @ 30!

Then we did another heat with some more of our clients in FGB. Awesome effort! Ryan came out in the top slot.

Afterwards we did another contest in fastest 200M row. Ryan took that.

Then the coaches warmed up a little and  kicked out a fast 3 rounds of 10 Overhead Squats and 1o burpees while our clients cheered us on. Big Richie dominated on this one. And I was on my back for a few minutes afterwards!

What was so great was all the people that came out to check out the box! We met some really cool people! And alot who have been CrossFitting on their own or in globo gyms….Welcome Guys!

Alot of friends and family dropped by too. We appreciate you!
