Changes!

We were able to secure a different location for our new box. A LARGER location!
It is in a warehouse where Chambers Bridge Road meets Rt 88 west. We are starting out with 2000 sq ft and will be able to expand as needed in the same space up to 4000 sq ft!
Open space with exposed wooden trusses we can hang rings and climbing ropes and a climbing net from. 12 feet up to the trusses. Two skylights!  Large garage door and another possible in the back when we are using the whole space!
Work is starting today to get it ready for us. Looking at the beginning of Nov to start working out there. Maybe the 15th for a Grand Opening.
We will get some before pics up next week.

When you are done with this WOD, you are lying on your back and you realize that your arms feel like they are going to explode! Your Central Nervous Sustem is buzzing! …a little bit of a visit from Uncle Pukie… and a general crap feeling that doesn’t go away for about half an hour or so!

In other news, here’s a tip:

When taping clients, even though the top of a small car in the driveway is a good vantage point, it isn’t good to leave it there. Especially when the driver doesn’t notice it when she gets in, and loses it somewhere on Brick Blvd….
