Some kettlebell love in a strength based 40 work/20 rest interval workout.

1. Rowing
2. KB Thrusters
3. KB High Pulls
4. KB Push Press
5. Box jumps

6 rounds – 1 minute rest while rotating to next exercise.
So it’s a 34 minute workout.
KBs on the heavy side. Keep proper form. Keep moving.

Great job! Especially Bobby and Ryan on the 24″ box!

Looks like we need to do some more overhead work though…!
That’s ok. I love overhead work!
