Teams of two

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
12 abmat situps
12 kb swings
12 partner burpees
(clap each other’s hands on the jump)

Challenging for the slower of the team because after alternating the situps and the swings, the burpees had to be done together. The faster team member becomes a cheerleader… and the slower has less rest.
Great energy, and everyone was really pushing it!

Teams were:

Bobby and Michele  5 rounds
Ryan and Joanna  6 rounds
Gina and Yellie  7 rounds
Buzz and Laura  7 rounds and 6 burpees!
